Shipping policy

Our store processes shipping orders: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 2:00pm (shipping cut-off time), Eastern Standard Time (no shipping during holidays). For every order placed, it takes 24-48 hours for the shipment process to be completed. Please, plan accordingly during the holiday season as The Other Side Of The Stove is not responsible for package delays.
